Hey Fixu...hows things?

Try going into your system tools folder (in amongst your start up menus...) and clicking on "system information" ...your motherboard amongst other things will be identified there...usually as system model.... copy what that says and type it in to your search on the NET and it should show you all you need to know.

Good luck.

Is it a name-brand computer? If so, check their websoite for info.

If not, then the easiest way is to open it up and examine the motherboard for marking information. It's usually printed on the board or on the side of one of the expansion risers.

Try using CPU-Z [http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php]. Its small, free software thats tells you all the specs of your CPU, motherboard, memory. And it doesn't have to be installed like Belarc Advisor.
