Or is what we see made real by the fact that our consciousness sees it at all?

Some degree of believing is necessary to see. As long as one refuses to believe in possibilities he is blinded to them if they occur. So it goes both ways. An open mind is a prerequisite to seeing. Seeing or knowing with one of the other senses then leads to believing. There are things that I think the subconscious registers but it does not filter into brain awareness due the a wall of disbelief preventing that to happen. Interesting race, we humans :-)

I think the latter part is true...especially when you realize that sight is the primary sense for the majority of persons. Sight is used to give judgement, in spite of he fact that even this can be deceived. but on the whole I agree with "what we see made real by the fact that our consciousness sees it at all".

First of all, you have to recognize that there are five senses. In addition, you also have a brain to use the information from these five senses to draw a conclusion. According to your last question, if we DON'T see it, nothing will be real, right? If you put on a blindfold, would everyone disappear? If you closed your eyes to sleep, is everything not real until you wake up?
Seeing isn't believing. Sensing is information. Sensing is knowing.

i go through this question many times in my head, and some how i feel like insane.
I mean sometimes it looks like I am trying to prove myself insane,

As far as what i believe is Mind sees what is wants to.
I think there is no truth, no false, its just us who mold the things as we like unconsciously.
some people are more alert in consciousness and can sometime create vision they want to see.
I am searching for something i am not even sure is there or its just my imagination. Its search for myself, when i can be just a projection of someone else consciousness.
Sometimes i believe that life is just a way of consciousness looking at itself.

what you see is acted upon by your consciousness and to believe it sometimes depends on your subconscious. seeing things as they are are superficial cause it is with your senses that you perceive this sights. but to believe in what you see goes beyond conciousness, as it goes into your subconscious to dig what it is you've seen.
