stay away from white stuff...thats carbs..no rice..lots of veggies and fruits and maybe whole wheat rotis..no sweets..drink lots of water and stay away for starchy veggies...eat lots of green vegetables like broccoli,beans spinach etc

Your diet should be the same as any womens after the birth of a child. Eat healthy foods. If you have anemia, eat lots of greens and red meat. A daily suplement is a good idea. The baby has had nine months to take nutrients out of your body, you will need time to get them back. Also lots of rest and moderate exercise is a good idea.

Congratulation on your new arrival.
I'm a herbalife distributor and I also used Herbalife Product since I find out that I'm pregnant ( take Good Nurtition ) and still use it after I give birth to loose weight. My baby now is 3 months old and 3 weeks. nothing effect at all. all the herbalife product is safe!!! good stuff to share.

The Programs is so easy and is really work. I'm now 100 pounds ( but still not back to my normal yet, my normal weight is 95 pounds )

plenty of vegetables and not too much rice.
being indian, i can only imagine you eat alot of curry.
avoid anything too hot. just mild curry's for a while, ok?
avoid eating alot of naan bread, and drink lassi as a treat.

you can eat almost everything, just eat healthy, make sure to eat vegetable, milk, and go for walk with your baby
