Totally normal I'm afraid! As are the vivid dreams and night-time bathroom visits... They say its in preparation for the sleepless nights you'll have after your little one is born!
Try a warm bath, hot milky drink, a drop or 2 of lavender near your pillow. All the usual stuff. I found it much easier to sleep during the day, you may need to work an afternoon nap into your day.

I hate it because I love sleeping on my tummy. You could try one of those big long pillows or just a rolled up duvet would work, also don't drink 3 hours before going to bed and keeping your legs slightly raised is good too if you have leg cramps.

if its your bump that is making it hard you can buy a pillow that is the shape of a v which you can buy from most bedding stores. sleep with one part between your legs and the other under your bump whilst lying on you side.If its heart burn sleep proped up as high as possible and drink a glass of milk before bed! I HOPE THIS HELPS.

Try laying on your side and just having total peace and quiet around you, hopefully you should drift off.
Please get as much sleep as possible, you'll need it.
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

Yes this is normal. I had to get up to use the bathroom a lot. Plus my hips always hurt when I got up in the morning.

i had the same problem, try sleeping on your left side apparently it helps your blood flow and breathing and put pillow between your knees.
