If it is a thick belt, you can wear sort of a low cut shirt (with a cami underneath if you want) and wear it right underneath your boobs, but if it is smaller, or regular width, wear a plainer, sort of fancier top and wear it at your waist (an inch or two above your belly button) and it will accent a small waist. Don't wear high waist belts with a t-shirt unless it is solid colored and plain. Hope I helped!

Well first of all you did a good thing because low waist were in for such a long time so these are a good change and they look so elegant. You can wear dark jeans str8 cut with heals, a shirt or a blazer. Make sure your heals are the colour of your belt.

I think high waist look really cool and different.... I would think you would wear the belt with a baggy shirt or a colared shirt... but honestly I dont know, im just speaking from what I've seen people do on the streets.... good luck, I'd like to know myself

wear it with clothing that is a bit more 'retro'/80's style, longer shirts work better then short ones and you can use it to give shape to a baggier shirt/sweater
