each one of the beeps means something for instance two beeps =no keyboard 4 beeps = no mouse and so on if you have the manual for the mother board then look up what each number of beeps stands for,,,,
it is most likely your memory as gone down
but before you start to panic do this
boot up your computer.
count the beeps,
then reboot the puter and as soon as you see the text on your screen press the key that gets you into the bios ... if you can get into the bios then you can see how much ram you have
Next check all the connectors at the back of your computer to see they are connected right don'r over tighten them
if you have just built the puter check that the memory is seated proper, check that your graphics card is seated proper, also check that the mouse and keyboard plugs are place in the right holes at the back of the computer, by the way make sure the puter is switched off when plugin and unplugin the mouse and keyboard or you will blow the motherboard

if you mean beeps, try counting them, if they are 7 then its your Memory, to solve it, you have to open your case, take your memory out and clean it with pencil eraser, install it again, this should solve it, if its more than 7 then it may be a stock keyboard, try running your PC without a keyboard, if you still have beeps, then the problem is in your memory for sure cause the number of beeps differs from motherboard to another.

I don't know how true it is but I have been told that the number of beeps can give a tech an idea of what is wrong.

free RAM on Motherboard is the first reason that this can ensue. Open the cupboard and sparkling the RAM slots.. if its grimy too a lot, then you should use vaccum purifier blower on least % to sparkling the cupboard. and make sure that you do not have any static on your fingers earlier you contact the RAM modules. it isn't winters yet that statis may be problem, yet atleast do not positioned on any sandals at the same time as doing this. Static can damage RAM modules.

Disconnect the keyboard and power it up. I bet there's a stuck key. If it powers up fine with no keyboard attached, get a new keyboard. Cheers.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
