There are three possibilities:
1-maybe your friend thinks your naturally invited;
2-maybe she's mad with you for some reason or
3-maybe she doensn't like you as much as you think...which is hard,and I know that because I've been there,done that,but,if this is the case,the best you can do is let it go,try not to give her so much importance and find new friends.You can do your best to please people,but there will always be someone that doesn't like you;the good new is that THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE THAT DOES.
Anyway,you should talk to her and find out what's really going on.

i have some riends who are the same way. i have one that is my best friend. we have been best friends for 8 years. there are 3 of my other friends who i just consider "just friends." we all used to be close and allof a sudden just out of the blue they stopped including me in their plans. i got mad and hurt at first. and it took me a long time to realize my solution. some people just dont know how to be a friend. treat her like she treats you and you dont have to include her in any of your plans if you dont want to. i dont include those 3 in my plans anymore. and when they do decide to include me....if i am not busy or if i dont have anything esle to do...then i join them. but i do not go out of my way to meet them or call them.

Why don't you ask her what is going on and tell her that you would like to be part of the party.

maybe she thinks that you automatically think ur invited since ur friends so she feels that ur already invited...................does that make sence
