In the city of Northridge, there's a chinese buffet called LA Buffet and they serve crab legs and shrimp on the weekends. The dishes they serve are authentic chinese food and taste great! Also, it's very affordable, not expensive at all.

Souplantation is great!
It's dirt cheap and has lots of good food, not just salads. There are soups, pastas....
There are locations all around Los Angeles.

Home town buffet just go down west manchester theres a big savons turn into that parking lot.its in between t.j. max and trader joes
