No. Women's secretions have HIV too... and in extremely rare cases, you can get it from blood transfusions.

Also, you can get STDs from women quite easily... herpes, genital warts, etc... if you don't use a condom. Has nothing to do with gays.

edit: wait - are you asking as a gay guy or as a straight guy? if you are a gay guy- yeah it is extremely rare to get HIV from oral sex - all the major studies have shown this. if you are doing anal sex, then you can get hiv from pre-"stuff" before he finishes...believe me there is a lot of this stuff... Also, you can easily get other STDs without having anal sex... i.e. chlamydia/gonohrea - both anally and orally, crabs, etc...

No HIV/Aids is transmitted through body fluid.

Rectal sex guarantees contact with blood and mucus.

Blood is the chief danger but all body fluid is suspect. The tiniest amount of blood is enough and often small amounts are present is saliva and other fluids.

It has been shown that there is a risk of contacting it from tears. It is thought highly unlikely that anyone would catch it that way but none the less it has been shown to be possible.

STDs are transmitted easily by momentary contact with the sexual organs. Some STDs are known to reside in the throat and be readily transmitted by oral sex.

There is no such thing as safe sex - only protected sex that reduces the threat.

First of all you DON'T get AIDS by handshakes, sharing clothes, mosquito that bit an AIDS victim or sharing food. If semen or blood comes in contact with your skin but does not have cuts or wound opening, you are safe.

The AIDS virus are concentrated in the blood, semen or vaginal secretion. For this reason sex is the major transmitter of this disease (Anal sex, vaginal or oral). Oral sex is considered less risky but this opinion is still debatable. Anal and vaginal sex is considered high risk sex. Also one can get AIDS from needles being shared among drug addicts (blood to blood contact). Some get it from unsafe blood transfusion (unscreened blood). If you even have microscopic cuts (bruises, sores), it can make you vulnerable as blood or semen can get through your skin. For this reason medics and even boxing referees are required to wear latex gloves to minimize blood contact.

No, STDs and HIV/AIDs are usually spread by some type of bodily fluid exchange...it's doesn't have to be ejaculate. Any type of bodily fluid could be potentially infective...whether it be tears, sweat, saliva, plasma, urine, feces, and of course blood and ejaculate. This is the reason why healthcare personnel wear gloves with everyone they treat. Best of luck to you.

no, there are lots of ways to get aids. and if you're riding bareback , even a tiny drop of fluid can infect you. do you know how tiny a virus is?it only takes one virus to start the disease in you and then , in the long run, you are dead meat.

There's fluid that comes out beforehand. It can transmit STDs too.

You can also catch it from vaginal fluid, breast milk, and blood or anything tainted with these.

no, precum can spread disease because it is a fluid. saliva won't spread it- unless you swallow 50 gallons of it, even that much may not spread an STI
