She's just fat. If you watch the show That so Raven than you'll see her getting "bigger" through the episodes but she's not that fat. Only a little chubby but I think she's sort of pretty.

Raven is not fat, she is the size that normal American women are, you are so used to seeing the bone thin girls in magazine pages and that is just not reality, if that is reality to you I feel sorry for you that you are so shallow.
