All i know is what I see. I saw our government not helping when we needed them the most. Hindsight is 20/20 but still Katrina victims are still suffering.

i don't think it would be better. if katrina didn't happen it would just be something else going on, whether it be natural disaster or man made disaster. (murder, crime, terrorism, etc.) if it's not one thing, it's the other.

Well....there wouldn't be thousands of misplaced people some of whom have no hope of ever returning home again.
