Try doing whatever you do in the front of family members or friends first and then when you're confident enough to go in the front of a crowd then you'll nail it!

Just perform more. I used to get stage fright all the time. Just perform enough and let yourself get enough compliments that you can feel confident in yourself. I'll tell you what doesn't work: telling yourself that it's only your friends that are watching you. Because I tried that for a long time, and it doesn't work. You just have to know that you're good and don't care what anyone else thinks. Just get up there and sing for the joy of singing. Have fun with it, and let everyone that's watching you have fun just from watching you.

You'll always still get the jitters sometimes, and let me tell you how to get rid of them. If you're by yourself, then run around in circles and do jumping jacks and stuff--just wear yourself out to get the energy out--then you'll have rosy cheeks too, when you get out on stage. If you're not by yourself, sit down in a chair, hold your hands underneath the sides, and push up. Squeeze all the extra energy out. It works. For sure.

Also, it's easy sometimes to get overwhelmed by big crowds--but don't. Just hammer into your head that the crowd is there because they want to see you. They want to see you. Because you are freaking amazing. You are the most talented person in the whole world. I know it sounds crazy and probably really self-centered, but once you get this stuff into your head, you can make yourself humble again, but you still have to do it to get rid of your stagefright.

you need more confidence.
first of all, start thinking that no one cares of what you do.
i dont when i watch weirdos on the stage, soooo boring.
then get all your family members and sing infront of them.
dont be silly, be serious.
when you're gone out shopping or something, ask random people for the time even if you dont need it.
be a lame dude and go christmas caroling this year!
good luck
