Well first of all it's not wrong to be friends with someone who happens to be gay.
If someone is breaking into your house regardless if they are your friend or not or gay or not is wrong.
He has crossed the line. If you haven't said how this is making you feel I strongly suggest you do. No one should ever break into your home no matter who they are. If he doesn't stop it, call the cops. Breaking and entering is a crime.

Dude dont stop being his friend because he is gay. Like you said he keeps hitting on you are you sure he just isnt trying to be funny. I hit on straight people all the time but as a joke. I mean if it really bugs you tell him to stop or you cant be friends anymore because it creeps you out. I mean It is nice to have straight friends and gay friends they can help you out each way. I dont have a lot of straight guy friends because they think I will hit on them but the thing is I dont find most of them attractive. I might say something to give that affect but I dont mean it. But good luck make sure if you do stop being his friend it is for a good reason. If it is just because he is gay bad reason he probably would end up being your best friend.

Absolutely not wrong. In fact, sexual preference has little to do with the quality of a friendship. Some of my best friends throughout my life have been gay.

Of course you continue to be friends with your friend. Just because they are gay doesn`t change who they are and why you became friends with them in the first place...

There is nothing wrong with having a friend that is homosexual. I have many as well as friends that are heterosexual. Friendship should be be based on sexual preference or gender expression.

Josh this is something you really have to decide for yourself. Please don't let anyone else tell you what to do. You say, "I have a friend .... " but you don't say "I am a friend to .... ". These are two different things, Josh, and you need to know that. Ask yourself, "Am I a true friend?" If the answer to that is "Yes" Josh then you know exactly what you have to do. God bless.

of course you should remain friends. its not like it is going to change who you are. the fact that you ask that question should make you wonder if you are friends with them in the first place

No, you should not be friends with a gay person.
I'm gay and we prefer much smarter friends.
