With respect to Happy Holly Daze I'm assuming you mean welfare for the poor.
I work with the poor. Yet some of them don't have any idea how good they really have it. I'm tired of those taking advantage of the system. Able bodied young men and women looking to be listed as disabled, to collect a government check. That money is for the truly disabled. It makes me angry. Some people truly need that money, yet others are scammers. They've lied to everyone so much they come to believe they DESERVE it. Like it's a right. I don't remember anywhere in the constitution where it says we have a right to a check.
Sorry about the rant, in answer to your question, Too bleeding Much!

too much...for every dollar disbursed..it takes 3 dollars of beaurocracy....its not welfare for the people that truly need it..its welfare for those in the jobs of administering it...

Please define your question, welfare for the rich or welfare for the poor? Or both?
