home pregnancy tests can be wrong. it took me 2 months to get one to show up positive and i was pregnant the whole time. i would go to the doctor and get a blood test done just to make sure.

"I heard that your mind can have a role in your period. If you think your pregnant, your body will trick you period from coming. If you just relax, forget about being pregnant at all, it might come.

My period always came a week late because every month, I thought it would be the one where I would be pregnant. But once I saw that negative line, my period came the next day"

I had the same experience as yours just this month... but what if the situation is this -- my period didn't came for 3 months and pretty sure that i wasn't pregnant, then i got positive on the fourth month. how will i determine how long i've been pregnant?

In some people it can be normal to skip periods or even have them at a different time of month occasionally, but just remember home pregnancy tests can sometimes be wrong,or you may have taken the test too soon. There are alot of false negatives, but never a false positive.I would wait a couple more weeks and take another test.

You may have taken the test too early for a correct answer.. If you are still worried, I suggest a blood test, they are more accurate and can show pregnancy before a home urine test.

Also, stressing about the late period can mess with the period itself. Late periods aren't allways a sign of pregnancy.

See your doctor and good luck to you!

There is still a chance you could be pregnant....take another pregnancy test.......they're not 100% accurate though. The only test that you can take that's 100% accurate is administered at a doctor's office, which you may consider just in case. Best of luck to you.

I remember one time, I was so stressed out because my period was late and I thought I was pregnant, it turned out just to be the stress. I was so stressed that I didn't get my period. But to make sure make an appointment with your dr. and have them do a test. Good luck!!
