I do not believe that in either case, thing will change very rapidly. They will have to backtrack if they use anything new and augmenting the current direction would also take time but may prove to be more efficient. If George Washington decided he needed something back at camp while in the middle of the river crossing it would have slowed his army down.He had momentum where Bush did have momentum, but lost it. At this point any move would be a good one. If your boxing and your opponent is repeatedly punching you in the face, step out of the way. There is no sense in getting your brains beat out trying to deliver the one shot your really good at.

The only way for the facts to be ignored is for Bush to have read the facts in the first place.
Bush doesn't read, so he'll make some half-assed comments about issues unrelated to the report as he tosses the same in the trash!

He's going to stick it out until all our troops are dead. After all, they're not his kind of Americans, or else they'd be in the Ivy League or on Wall Street. To him, they are pawn toy soldiers to play with. At least this amusement war keeps him off cocaine and alcohol. As stupid as he is now, imagine how he'd be like if he went back to that kind of escapism.

every analyst says to follow every suggestion of the report will lead to our defeat. If you bothered to "Think Hard" and read it yourself you would realize the far-left blogs are wrong. What we need to do is take the politics out of the war. Let the Generals fight the war like war, double the boots on the ground and just take care of business once and for all. do that and we can bring our soldiers home with a great victory.
