I'm 5 weeks and I'm fine when I'm home. But the moment I get in the car, the windows gotta go down. I never get sick in the car. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

This totally happened to me with all three of my pregnancies. Only when I was driving though. I was ok if someone else was driving. I have never had any morning sickness otherwise. It did pass eventually but I don't remember when (but it has been a long time since I felt ill driving and I am 23 weeks along now).
Keep some soda crackers and ginger ale in the car. There also used to be 'preggie pops' that had ginger in them. I personally did not use them but my old boss did and she could hardly ever get up off the bathroom floor - and she swore by these things. Maybe do a quick google. They are actually called Preggie Pops (they are lollipops).
Congrats on the pregnancy!!

Just have to get used to it you are probably getting sick because of the fumes and need to have the window down or from something inside your car maybe a deodorizer you have hanging in the car or some smell that comes from the plastic in the interior...
It'll go away after the baby comes....

Do all the things you would normally do for carsickness:
Sit in the front seat and face forward.
Make sure you are not too hot. Open the window for cool air.
Don't try to read or look at other things while you are moving.

I'm sorry you're having this problem. I hope you can make it.

My sister-in-law was like that when she pregnant. We ended up getting her some anti-nausea medicine from the drug store. It has a rainbow on it. It's safe to take while pregnant, my sister had to take it also. My sister-in-law only got sick in the car. Hope this helps. If it doesn't I would ask you dr. about it to see if they have any other ideas.

Pregnancy makes our bodies do strange things, ginger is a good treatment for morning sickness, try carrying a few ginger snaps with you, if it don't work just roll down the window and bundle up. If it is unbearable, talk to your doctor he may be able to prescribe something that is safe, but remember meds usually make you sleepy so you wouldn't be able to drive. Welcome to motherhood.

Go to your local drug store. They should have these bands that you can put on your wrist that help prevent motion sickness. They do not contain any medication so it is 100% safe.

That would be motion sickness. Also if you don't eat breakfast it can be caused by that, or whatever you ate before that.
