No, it is amazing how many people you can catch out with this simple question "Why don't Polar bears eat Penguins?" The answer is of course, they never meet. Polar bears live in the Arctic, Penguins do not.

RE:
do penguins live in the north Pole?

No.There are 18 species of penguins, found in South Australia, New Zealand, and off the coasts of Peru, Chile, and South Africa. Some species live as far north as the equatorial Galapagos Islands, but they are primarily cold-weather birds. There are seven species of Antarctic penguins: the Adelie, Gentoo, Macaroni, Chinstrap, Rockhopper, King, and Emperor. The Adelie and the Emperor are the two true Antarctic species.

Nope. Penguins are native to the Southern Hemisphere. The North Pole is too crowded anyway, what with the elves and all.

No. They live in the southern hemisphere. And not all live in a cold climate, some actually live in tropical climates.
