Yes I remember having snow in the yard, But you can see snow on top of Mt. Charleston and that's close enough for me. If you come bring a jacket, it gets in the 30's at night a lot of the times.

Yes. Do a search for (snow "Las Vegas") or see the links below. It appears that snow is not that rare in Las Vegas. Maybe once every 5 or 8 years.

Yes. In past 9 years I've seen snow twice, but it melted about 30 minutes later.

Absolutely. The question is - does snow hang around long? Answer: Nope. If they get more than a few flurries or a dusting, it's gone within a day - max. There's only been one instance that I know of where they had to shovel it - it was last year, and it was gone the next day.
