My son got that too, when I asked the doctor he said to use vitamin E cream on the rash (its for diaper rashes too). This helps to protect their skin from being too irratated.
I just wanted to add something because I see everyone is saying to put long sleeves and pants on the baby. My son always had soft pants and long sleeve shirts on, but he was so active and has such sensitive skin it wasn't enough. The vitamin E cream is cheap and can be found by the diaper rash cream. It really works! Put it on twice a day and after a week or so you'll really notice a difference.
