Good luck. Even if there are parts that could be copyrighted or patented, if it is any good, they will steal it and keep you in court until you are too broke to fight.
Any large business enterprise or government agency works the same way. They use the high cost of legal representation to pauperize any opposition, or they just have them snuffed.

You can get a provisional patent on your game if it's a new game. I would then contact the casino and have them sign a confidentiality waiver. Thereby they can't say they invented the game themselves.
