They probably enjoy more liberty and democracy than their fellow Arabs in the other countries of the Middle East:
-Israeli Arabs have the highest average income then any other Arab group in the Middle East or NOrth Africa
-Israeli Arabs are the only Arabs who vote for leadership and have their own Arab members represent them in parliment.
-Israeli Arabs are the only Arabs that live in the MIddle East who live under a internationally recognized Full Democracy.
-Israeli Arabs are entitled to more government programs then any other Arab group in the Middle East or North Africa, e.g., unemployment, Welfare, Child support, and Health care.
-Israeli Arabs are the only Arabs in the Middle East or NOrth Africa who have the right to free speech protected under the rule of democratic law.

Do Israelis Arabs have the same rights as Jews in Israel ? This is probably a better way to ask. A guess is yes they do. They are citizens too.

Isreal accepts all religions as citizens .
Unlike some middle eastern countries , they have freedom of religion .
Their constitution is very similar to ours .
