I don't think its just Ben R. A few games last week he got sacked.....9 TIMES.....Something is very wrong when your QB gets sacked so much....Where the hell is his O-Line? And if they aren't protecting him maybe he thinks he has to do it all himself which is the reason for all the interceptions. Hes just out there trying to make it happen. Bottom line this is only his third year. Hes still very young. And regardless of winning a Superbowl I think its still to early to label Big Ben in any shape or form just yet. Expectations for young players gets higher and higher. It used to be a young QB had time to sit on the bench and learn from veterans. Take Steve Young he sat on the bench watching Joe Montana for several years before he got his shot. They had time to submerse themselves in the teams programs. But with the high salaries and constant pressure teams throw their young stars out to the wolves way too early. Big Ben will be just fine. I'm not a steeler fan by no means but I like Big Ben. He'll be just fine.

I think that Ben is a great football player, but he's just down this year (after his motorcycle crash, injured hand, and appendectamy), but once he gets a chance to rest up in the off season and if the steelers get a more reliable backup so that he doesn't feel pressured to play when he's not 100%, the steelers will be back. they always bounce back after a bad year or part of a year, and always do crappy after a good year: 2002-Playoffs, 2003- 6-10, 2004- 15-1, 2005- mediocre beginning, terrible middle, and excellent end, went from wildcard to superbowl champs all on the road, 2006- I predict they will end the season 8-8 or 7-9 after a heartbreakingly close loss to the hated Bengals, and then I'll have to put up with the obnoxious fans at school.

I would reccomend watching the games before making any judgements, in the past two games ben has done really well, guess that happens when your offense line does there job and blocks for you. Ben, just like the entire team, is a lot better then his stats, and although he leads the league in interceptions, they aren't all his fault, the recievers are bouncing balls into the air instead of catching them and causing ints that way. The entire team has struggled this year in every aspect. Ben's gotten better as his health has gotten better. Don't worry about his "steam" cuz it might have been gone when he was hurt this year, but it's coming back.

I hate how human beings think of that when you consider that there's a 2d accusation that it would be genuine, do you human beings comprehend that the 1st accuser in no way pressed criminal rates yet replaced into rapid to bounce to a lawsuit? And whilst that concern replaced into nevertheless sparkling in peoples minds it in order that happens that he does something else? Do you think of if he did do something incorrect that he'd do it back with all eyes on him? No, what's extra in all probability than it relatively is that the 2d female had a drunken come upon with a specialist athlete and because it already replaced into sparkling in her techniques that somebody else had pressed rates against him, the seed replaced into planted into her head that this replaced into an basic thank you to cry wolf and get a physically powerful style of money. And him being interior the ladies human beings's bathing room skill no longer something, women human beings in bars willingly invite adult men into the bogs to play around each and all the time, that doesn't coach that he compelled something what so ever. BQ: i think of you will possibly desire to attend, Ben is harmless till shown to blame, end listening to the information and watch for the genuine info, the two way it is going, to return out previously you initiate finding out the Steelers lineup.

I think he was never a REALLY good QB, granted he was pretty good to win a Super Bowl..... but Pit has no O-line to protect him, if he's playing a good team. Just as an example, a few weeks back, Roethisberger got next to no blocking from the offensive line against the Ravens, and he got beat up in that game. Definitely not the same QB we saw lead his team to a Super Bowl win.

"would the REAL Ben roethisberger please stand up?"
peace out.

Well I think so..he may be heading the way of Jake Plummer. He hasnt really played well on a consistent basis since last year in the regular season (he didnt even play that well in the biggest game of his life, the SB). Hes leading the league in INTs this year...he seems rushed and isnt making good decisions after seeming invincible last year. He seems to have a good game here and there and has been playing at least respectably lately...but not up to the standards that the Steelers fans and the rest of the league holds him to. We dont know what to expect from him from week to week. Personally, I believe the intimidation factor of playing him is gone.

Not me. He might have lost his mind, seeing as the motorcycle incident but, they are just having a bad year altogether. It's not uncommon to have a bad season after winning a Superbowl.

He hasn't lost his steam. He had an accident, then surgery. His body isn't 100%. Yours wouldn't be, either, had you been in those situations.
