What has to be done first is... put Bush under oath and ask him why he invaded Iraq. Then, when he's caught lying under oath, he can be impeached.

George Bush will never be impeached because his gross crimes are not of a sexual nature behind which the moral majority/neo-cons can sink their teeth into. No, he is their puppet and as long as he clings to power, they will have a foot in the door.
Even now the Foley matter is being swept away so that it is clear we do not care about the danger in which our children are placed as long as it does not impede the power mongering of the fat cats ie Dennis Hastert who should be ashamed and apologizing instead of patting himself on his fat-assed back. This country came close to impeaching the crook Richard Nixon but in an effort to spare the nation heartbreak and dissension, Republicans and Democrats agreed to allow him to resign in spite of the fact that he had lied and and broken countless laws in an effort to manipulate the election process.
But when Clinton was being charged with a sexual matter that had nothing to do with the government and everything to do with his relationship with his family, Republicans want blood and guts so they spent millions upon millions of dollars for nothing. Clinton left with better ratings that Bush has ever enjoyed and could get re-elected today.

I talk to my dogs all the time, when people are under stress they talk to their dog, so what. I don't think he will be impeached, Clinton wasn't and God knows he should have been.

what is the motivation for your question? Is it the impeachment part or the alleged talking to dogs part? What will he be impeached for?
