I noticed that if you use caller in ID a call center and the area code is 916, I was right 9 out of 10 times that the person calling was a mega-***. Also I live somewhere where a lot of californians move and the rudest nastiest people moved here from Sacramento or surrounding area. I have never been there. Is it hell or what?

One, most are state workers, ever encounter a nice state worker.
Two, the roads and freeways are insane.

It is a fast pace and intense city like New York or L.A.
people play hard and work hard and rarely stop to rest.
