NO! I have worked in retail and pharmaceuticals and can say unconditionally no. Consumers (including myself) can be extremely unreasonable at times.

There are two rules in any business.

1/ The customer is always right.

2/ When the customer is wrong see rule one.

It works. You lose customers otherwise. Lose enough customers
and you are out of business.

I know that there are some customers that you just want to
smack up side the head but do not do it. It'll only get you a
lawsuit.

No, the worker is. Companies like Wal-Mart would be great if no one had to work. Until then, how would you feel working full time and making less than 20,000 dollars on average (poverty line)?

some of the customers I have to deal with are total idiots who think I'm more stupid than them (which I'm not) and they try to scam free stuff
