The reason im asking is because my rim on my car is bent and i want to put the same tire on a new rim.

Take it to a tire shop, this way they can inspect the tire and make sure it was not damaged when the rim was bent. Also, make sure the tire and new rim are same size.

You need the yellow pages. Putting a tire on a rim is a very easy job to mess up, ands a shop should do it. It doesn't cost that much.

Take it to a tyre company. They do it in 2 minutes and charge you £5 maybe. Note for Americans - Tyre is spelt T Y R E. Tire is when someone gets weary.

rim needs to be same size for tire. it is easy to do by self with no tire machine you need air and 2 pry bars.

No, you need special tools. A basic tire shop can do this for you for fairly cheap anyway.
