Yes, Disney's Beach Club Resort actually has two heated pools. And, no, it shouldn't be too cold outside to use the pools. First, there's Stormalong Bay, which was voted Walt Disney World's best pool by Guests. Stormalong Bay is so large and spread out that it's used by both Disney's Beach and Yacht Club Resorts. Stormalong Bay is over 3 acres large. There are actually several sections to the pool; the Beach Club and Yacht Club sections are separate and different so be sure to try both. There is a deep circular area with jets that push you like a river current around the pool. There is also the larger area where the the water slide empties out. The water slide is not to be missed, but sometimes the line gets long! In addition, the "sinking sand" area delights both kids and adults. There are several hot tubs located in secluded locations around Stormalong Bay. A separate wading pool area with sand is located near the ShipWreck water slide entrance for small children and includes a kids water slide. The pool has seasonal hours, though, and around this time of year the pool's usually closed around 6:00pm, or so. Now, on the side of Disney's Beach Club Resort that is closer to EPCOT is a courtyard with a quiet pool. The quiet pool has it's own supply of towels, but there is no lifeguard at the Quiet Pool. There are lifeguards at Stormalong Bay.
Hope I could help! Have a great vacation!

You chose very nice, high end hotels!! However, if you're only 20, you'll be limited to what you can do in terms of nightlife on the Boardwalk. Most of the places after a certain time require that you're 21. You also have to be 18 to check into a hotel in Florida, so no worries there! Also, I'd consider checking out the value resorts as a hotel option. Yes, they don't have the amenities that the higher end resorts have, but you are still getting immersed in the Disney Magic 24/7. You also get the free transportation to all 4 parks, 2 water parks, and Downtown Disney/Boardwalk area. But going with the less expensive hotel will give you more money to spend in the parks! I mean, like the other answer said, how much do you wanna spend just to sleep in a bed? Because really, all you do there is sleep, shower, and get ready. The rooms are just as nice. And you are able to venture from resort to resort to find a nice restaurant! Have so much fun!

Katlyn nailed it and said much, if not all of what I would say. The pool set up there is awesome. The sand in the sand pool is artificial, so it goes away and doesn't stick...how cool is that!!!!
Go for it and keep in mind the outdoor temps...as aonyone should.
