Quick question! Where abouts is the oil filter in a V reg (1999 V)

Have changed many before, but just got this car and can't see it anywhere!

I know its on the side of the engine block somewhere, could do with a specific location if someone knows, like which side. and front or back.

i think on that model its down the back of the engine, u may need to come from under neath,if u dont have a ramp or pit,jack the front of the car up but use axle stands before crawling underneath,good luck

Side of the engine block, it is probable black so a bit disguised, keep looking, its not far away.

Which engine? 1100 or 1300 crossflow? 1.25 Zetec? 1.4 or 1.6 Zetec. 1.8D?

You would think that the guy who says he is a mechanic would be able to actually spell the word 'mechanic'. Shows how intelligent he is.
