Statistical HELP!!! What test should i use?

I have many groups of four numbers (weights) and i want to know which ones have the same means and which ones are statistically different. What test should i use?

They are samples from different treatments (each group)

use the ANOVA test. to test the equality of the means.

Are they supposedly from the same population?
