Flying against a 20mph headwind, a plane can make a trip in 1 hr 30min . The return trip, flying with the wind, takes only 1 hr 20min. FInd the true speed of the plane and the one-way distance.

In your setup (p=v, c=wind speed)
(p+c)*4/3=d
(p-c)*3/2=d
c=20
(p+20)/(p-20) = (3/2)/(4/3) = 9/8 = 360/320
