Here is what broadband does better than dial-up: A)It will be really fast when you type in a url.B)Videos will only take about a second to load.C)Downloads will be REALLY FAST. I recommend getting broadband as soon as you can. Some cable providers only charge you thiry dollars a month.

The cheapest broadband you can get is ten times faster than dial-up. Cable is fastest, but the newer DSL is close and is usually cheaper.
Once you see your webpages pop up instead of taking five minutes to load, and files download in seconds instead of ten minutes, you'll never go back to dial-up. Plus, DSL doesn't tie up your phone line. You can leave it on all the time.

the cable or high speed, depends on what area you live in, if this service is available to you, dial up is very good for sending faxes but when it come to the broad band idea, well they are a little too slow, for the growing demand of Internet users around the world.
