sorry i can not guarantee my answers work every time.i do not work for yahoo,i just try and help people get back in games. here is a new updated answer that should help.

If you get blue page Wii games ect, no scroll, nothing working. do this. Right click on explorer icon, go to properties, clear cookies, temp files. Now reboot. Log on to mail then go to games.
