just for the record, SAW sucks. my grandmothers scarier. it's gory and gratuitous, that's it. don't be fooled, evolve and move on.
i would say that the two movies that i can honestly say scared the sh#t out of me when i first saw them are "The Shining" and "The Exorcist".
i'm surprised that nobody has mentioned either of those yet.
but then again someone said "Scream", so what should i expect.

I think my fav is the hills have eyes.
I think thats more disturbing if your a girl cos a girl gets raped by a mutant thing
The new one is way scarier than the new one infact the old 1 just ain't that scary
