He's the best English rb after G Neville - tall, quick, athletic and good in possession - his old man reckons his best position is cb or cm. I think he'd be daft to leave City at the mo where he's playing week in week out & sign for Chelskii where he'll get rotated a lot more and maybe slow down his development, a la SWP.

He is definitey good enough for chelsea, ut wouldnt fit in, he would be fighting against o may good players including shawn wright philips, robben and ashley cole and so on
