If Elvis or bands like The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, or The Rolling Stones never existed, how would the rock world be right now?

I think rock would eventually develop on it's own...Music tends to follow the trends of society, like Joan Byez and Bob Dylan writing protest songs during Viet-Nam, And Tupac with his rap/gangster style of music. It WOULD be different.

The names you have mentioned (among many others) are among the biggest in rock and roll history. These artist's songs and lyrics have helped to shape our world through thousands of adoring fans who bought the music. Chances are high that many of us have a favourite song or two ... a song that means a great deal on some personal level ... a song that has helped us celebrate a joyous time in our lives or manage a difficult time.

These early rock and roll pioneers also have played a major role in influencing artists of today. Many an earlier released song has been covered later - this is in tribute to the original artist.

So, to Elvis; John, Paul, George and Ringo; Robert and Jimmy; Mick and Keith; Chuck; Janis; Roger and Pete among countless others ... I thank you all! Because of your contributions, rock and roll remains very much alive today!

i'm in simple terms going to reply to the final area reason that's the only question i'm able to reply to. To the rap artists question: a number of those rappers at the instant are not severe while they are asserting there a rock n roll megastar. There in simple terms blowing smoke or attempting to be "cool'.

They are the sole founders of rock, and if they were not around (there would still be rock) but never the same as it is now.

Probably a lot better considering they were pop rock bands (minus LZ). They started all this BS in America.
