First you cant just ask her to leave, You will have problems later on down the line with the courts on that one. If its both your home. You will have to file for a divorce. If its your house and only your house, File for Divorce then evict her. I know huge pita. But its the legal way to do it. If you have kids.. Good luck because the above wont work either. You will have to get an attorney to fight all this.

If you just want her out of your life and there are no kids, then just refuse the calls, and there is no home to speak of just leave. Walk away refuse to see her.

You really need to give more details so people can actually answer your question correctly.

Must be really bad. If it is that bad then slowly cash in all your assets, liquidfy/create loans - hide money in a trusted place and get a smart lawyer. Tell no one and make your move when the lawyer advises. In the meantime stay quiet and calm. If your wife has already beat you to that - then just sign & walk away. Just remember - what goes around comes around. Sometimes salvaging is not feasible. You stay true to yourself and your 'around' may reward you in the unforseeable future. If you lose your temper you lose in any event. Losing an impossible situation is the ultimate win for both sides. Don't kill her - she has a right to live without you. (<;

this is a tough one. thing is its not always so easy to do.i know of a few people who are in a sticky situation with an unwanted spouse. i don't know what your exact situation is. im assuming that it is a complicated and very trying one judging by your tone of your question. if it is really taking it's toll on you, i would strongly advise that you get legal advice as soon as possible. no one has the right to make another human being miserable, it's just not acceptable. i hope that when you are able to have her out of your life that you will have learnt from this situation. as long as you always learn from what you have been through you will come out a better man. good luck to and may your happiness be waiting for you just around the corner.

what is the reason you want rid of her?is she unfaithful or what? did she cheat on you?or are you seeking another woman and she is just in the way?if you dont love her then just divorce her plain and simple.but if you think you can save the marriage then get some counselling. divorce is the best way to be free.

How rid of her are you trying to be?

How about a good old fashioned DIVORCE.

Let her get a look at your question, that should get the ball rolling...maybe both of them ;)

If you'd just book a session with Dr. Kervorkian, you'd see the real problem is you and not your wife. I'm sure Dr. Kervorkian would have some real great ideas about how to solve YOUR problem.
