I dreamt that I was away from home and went to leave and go home and I could not find my car and it turns out someone stole it and I had to get my brother to come pick me up and then my brother told me that they found my car but it was completely dissassembled so I had to put it back together.

It means you want to move somewhere else but can't without some help. Maybe its on a subconscious level. You needed your car to go home, because you are away from it. Look at it this way, home is where the heart is and where you are and where your heart is are not the same place. you needed your brother to help you. maybe advice on how to do the move or whether you want to do it for the right reasons. The car being disassembled is symbolic of your inability to accomplish the move. My guess is that you can not asswmble an automobile by yourself. Additionally, it could be symbolic of getting your life together as a whole, since in the dream you NEEDED your car. Take some time to look at areas of your life that need focus and see what you can do (and who you can turn to, seems like your brother is a safe bet) to set things right

nothing, its a dream. Dreams really dont mean anything. It's just a way to keep your brain active while you sleep. I had a dream once that i gave birth to cats, i doubt that means anything.
