agian i restart it shuts down what is prob ?

Laptop shutting down when it starts? It's a dead battery. Remove the battery, and use only the AC adapter until a replacement battery arrives. Don't trip on the cord, or your laptop will shut down when you lose power.

It's a small incompatibility between bios settings and the OS. If you disable all power saving in bios it might fix it.
