Forget about your bad qualities, Notice your good ones. Eating healthy can also lift a mood, and try to do good deeds, they get noticed. Most of all, enjoy LIFE!

Build something. In your mind--build something. It could be a house that you always wanted to live in or a garden you always wished to sit by. It could even be a job or a family or a life. My belief is that the act of doing this gives you power. It not only breaks the event down into manageable steps (remember since you are imagining this, nothing is impossible), but it brings your objectives into focus. I think the most depressing feeling is not knowing how to make yourself happy. Choosing what you will build is your unconcious way of telling yourself what will make you happy. My best day is spent building my own world. My worst day is spent building someone else's.

Well stop feeling down , start working out, eat healthy, and go shopping for new clothes. One more thing stop worrying about what others think.
