Honey, our bodies tell us when there is something wrong, and if you are having sudden, severe pelvic pain, then there is a PROBLEM. You could have alot of things going on and I could guess all day. However, I would strongly recommend that you go to the nearest minor emerency center or to the emergency room, depending on how severe the pain currently is, and get this checked out. It is better to be safe than sorry. Also, remember the life you save, may just be your own. I don't mean to scare you, but please don't wait around to be this taken care of.

Um, pain is considered undesirable by most people, that's why it's bad.
Pelvic pain can be caused by many things - could be a pelvic infection, could be cysts, fibroids, ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, adenomyosis, a bladder infection, etc. - but in general, it's a sign that something is wrong.
You need to go to your doctor to find out what really happens.

it could be anything from polycystic ovaries to ovulating. leave it for a while, apply heat and try not to do anything overly strenuous. If the pain doesnt go in the next few days, go and see your doctor.
