Proabably nothing at first, but it will eventually cause your power steering pump to go out pretty quick. Antifreeze contains alot of water and has very little viscosity so it will cause the internals of the powersteering pump to grind together and go out.

Don't drive it!!!

Get it towed to your local garage or call out a mechanic.

NOTE. The power steering system is a hydraulic based system. The correct fluid has been carefully designed taking into account extreme pressures and loads it will be put under. To use any other fluid other than the recommended is more than dangerous, it could be criminal if you drove the vehicle and lost control due to power steering failure and caused an accident.

There should be no long term damage as long as you don't drive the vehicle or even start the engine as this would send the water based antifreeze around the steering system.

Giving me thumbs down is up to you but I'm only being honest.

If you have not started the engine get something to suck out the fluid from the reservoir, I like to use turkey basters with a hose attached to the end. If you just topped the level off you may not have added enough to matter.
