When you hear people suggest that a vote for a democrat is a vote against the troops or a vote for the terrorists, that is propaganda. And the worst. It is akin to the Communist witch hunts of the forties and fifties when peoples lives were ruined not by sincere people who truly feared the threat of Communists but by opportunists who sought self-aggrandizement and power. Of course it is true their efforts could not have succeeded if those who were listening had simply thought for themselves instead of reacting in mindless fear.

Propaganda is everywhere, esp. in Iraq.
For example, when Mr. Bush claims that troops are doing well and everything is okey and iraqies are enjoying a democratic country.... It's all lies.
Since the troops are hostages for the green zone area in baghdad, and when they go out, insurgents attacks them. Also, each day, more than 1 soldier is killed and others are wounded by the operations held by insurgents.
When it comes to democracy, its also a lie. Sine people are killed and their lives are stolen. People have the right to live not to die in a true democracy.
