i need driver downloads for a v-stream studio tv terminator

ok i cannot find the website for the manufacturer and it didnt come with a disc in the box and on the box it says v-stream if that helps.but its a studio tv terminator or a multimedia controller for those of you who get anal about things it fits in the pci slots on my board.
