Mac is an fairly stable laptop. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it comes at a cost. thankfully, that value is going down. What makes Macs stable is that the full laptop is made with the aid of one enterprise. you would be assured that the troublesomepersistent, motherboard, CPU, Video Card, Sound Card, and CD-ROM will all artwork optimally mutually. On appropriate of that, you do no longer could complication approximately viruses. very nearly all viruses are written for residing house windows like minded computers, no longer Macs. And if there are some residing house windows courses you may choose to apply, you presently can installation residing house windows onto your Mac and twin boot between residing house windows and Apple OS X. i could purchase an Apple.

No one can acally say whitch one is better. Its an opioin. Someone with a mac might say a mac is better. My opion is photos and music are easly stored in PCs. But if you're running 5 different programs at a time you computer will lag. ( Freezes for short periods.)

There was a time when it might have been argued that Mac was better for such tasks, but with the advances in audio and video cards, it really doesn't matter. The biggest difference is in your system specifications rather than the OS.

mac has a very good Operating System (like windows) It is very goodfor organizing stuff. Even though Windows Media Center can do that. The good thing about a mac is that its very powerful. Bad- costly
PC Good- costly can do what you need
BAD - more prone to viruses and hackable

a mac is like a race car- very good at what it does and very expensive, but not the most versatile thing on the planet.

a pc is more like a pickup truck- can be configured in many ways, relatively cheap, and can do many different things. but it may break down once in a while.
