That depends. If the renters decide to contest it and actually appear in court then they'll have to move once the courts decide that you were well within your rights to evict them. Chances are, they won't show up in court (if it's gotten to the point of eviction). They could contest it which only makes the process that much more tedious and can continue to stay there while it's before the courts.
Worst case scenario, call the sheriff's department to come and escort them out. That's more embarrassing that most people are willing to endure.

Takes at least 6 months to evict someone until they finally vacate.

Sorry its not that easy, it varies from state to state,check with your local landlord tenant hot line, but most states after all other avenue's have been exhausted, 3 days is the norm, but you need to check local rules hope this helps

if they pay the rent on time it will take a long time. only the judge can answer that. I had that problem once my tentants wouldn't move so I moved in with them, they left the next week.
