I ran my cleaner/defragmenter after my virus protection caught a virus and deleted it. My computer keeps freezing up. What can I do to fix this.

Well Go to the start menu and to accesories and to "System Tools" Run The DiskDeframenter,Diskclean up. That will compress huge files and fix errors. Also Run your anti-virus to check and if it's not up-to-date Up-Date it and run it. Lastly do you have a Spyware Scanner if you don't go to www.microsoft.com and Find Windows Defender it works great .

Sound like you will have to do a system restore. That means you will have to set your computer back to a time when you di d not have a virus on it.
