outlook express?

when configuring outlook express email for tiscali broadband what do i put in the box thats asking for the pop3 server and smpt server,does anybody know or do i need to ring tiscali,thanks in advance guys.

incoming mail server pop3.tiscali.co.uk
outgoing mail server smtp.tiscali.co.uk
