I saw this on a science program a while back. It has a sensor which detects any deviation of more than a set amount of degrees from the upright, and sets the alarm. I dont know what its called...;

its a device thats ment to stop you falling asleep at the wheel. when your head slumps to the side or forward the sensors detect that and set of the alarm. no idea what its called though
