The latter. Sending pics of yourself would just make you apper funny and stupid to people, but posting nude pics of others without their consent is done in (purely) bad faith. It's libelous and you could get to jail for doing it.

I would choose posting nude pics of someone else without their permission as being the worse offense. If you send pics of yourself you have a say in the matter (you choose to let the world see your naked ***); if you post pics of someone else they don't have a say, you are essentially violating their trust and sharing the picture you somehow obtained of them with the world, whether they like it or not. That is worse, I think anyway.

It would be someone posting the pics without your permission because it's completely out of your control from the first click of the 'submit' button.

oh wow...they are both pretty bad BUT i would have to say posting nude pics of someone else without their perimssion is just unexcusable. the fact that you have nude pis shows that there was trust between you two and for you to completely disregard it is unforgivable in my opinion.

Well of course it is posting nude pics of that someone. Because you spoil his or her life and he or she didn't allow you to do so, furthermore, it's very humiliating.
If you were to post your own nude pics, well, you did it. Either you lack conscience or you are a born psychopathic.

posting someone else's pics, because that is fine for you to agree with your own pics, give the other person their respect and get permission.

Okay, you asked us to choose the worse one..
I would choose the second one as the worse one. In the first case, you send your own photos - it is your *right*, you have got permission. But not the second one.
In the first one, you would be fined for spreading stupid photos.
But, in the second one, you would be jailed for stealing and spreading silly photos.
In the first one, there is a chance, you would be sent to mental hospital.
But, in the second one, you would be sent to jail.
